Is it just me or is it strange that the one thing in the update that gives a considerable amount of FREE GEMS is "faulty" and has been disabled because of "unexpected problems". SuperSELL claims to have talented coders on their website but they arnt capable of fixing a box that simply gives 20 gems when collected? And then they go and avoid the "problem" by releasing tutorial videos for hero abilities...Its pretty pathetic how low an extremely successful company will go for an extra dollar, SuperSELL would be nothing without us and yet they continue to drag us through the dirt and lie directly to our faces, Well played SuperSELL, well played... -claps-

This game is too pricey. They are the big game and will continue to be pricey untill the numbers drop. This is how I base my opinon. For any game to be enjoyable there should be a basic level of play you can do and upgrades that really cost nothing and are easy to achive. This game lacks away to pop on for 2 hours and enjoy playing. Go out and attack and gather some recources. With humans you don't need a huge reward to keep us coming back. This game give nothing. You either take from others or you buy. The game gives you nothing at all. I do not mind spending money to play. In my opinion this game is so slow to progress either you pay or move on. I bet the majority of you have no idea what you spend or have chosen to ignor what you have spent. You compair the price of this game to free online game. Compair what you get for the money and this game is way over priced. Again I am in a static mode in the game won't buy gems make a few attacks support my clan folks and I am waiting to see. Stop look and do the math the game is way too expensive for the type of game it is.

You can do quite a lot without spending money.
What other freeminum DOESNT have special Premium defences or attacks? Very few. You can accomplish pretty much everything in this game without paying money

and please, supercell didnt have to do this at all. they didnt need to give us an opportunity to get more gems. they could have left it the same. so please do not complain and whine. its not very funny, nice, helpful, constructive, or anything but good.
and the people of supercell are humans, not robots. humans make mistakes. and the mistake they made was something on the gem box. and its not a "sinister trick", it is a mere mistake. so stop complaining.

Wow, what a bunch of entitled children you sound like! I WANT I WANT I WANT! Count yourselves lucky that SC take the time to inform us of a problem with their advertised updates!! I play plenty of other online mobile games, and the level on communication, and respect that SC shows to their paying customer base is mind blowing!!! There are plenty of other companies out there that keep taking, providing ♥♥♥♥ service, and smile all the way to the bank while stepping on their paying customers concerns.
