How cool would it be if Clash of Clans had its own emoji-board??? Why? Might you ask...
Freedom of speech is why! And more importantly, freedom of expression. The Art-of-Texting is more advanced than ever before, and with that art-form comes its intricate followers. The "outside-of-the-box" thinkers. The everyday Clasher!
Now; before you discredit my idea for a ClashOfClans-specific keyboard, HEAR ME OUT.
Possible benifits include:
(Player interaction), weekly votes for a new symbol to be added, monthly votes to keep one weekly symbol indefinetly.
(Freedom to roam), "Goblins please! Goblins please! Get em' wile they're hot!" I mean, there has to be an easier way to ask for some stinkin' goblins already... This is not an ultimate fix for troop requests, but the freedom to roam, or "freedom of expression", will help to create new ways to convay your messages through exploration & experimentation with symbols and their meanings. (This is not my college thesis... I sware!)
Details aside, it would be fun, and highly functional in troop request to paste a symbol of a pekka rather than try to explain what you want (which many people AREN't GOOD AT!!). Similar to a catcher in baseball suggesting to his/her pitcher via hand jesters [what sort of pitch to throw], these symbols would help Clashers communicate with one another in a discreet way.
Please note that this "emoji-board" would be CoC-specific (and no, I don't mean that only blokes could use it)...
Meaning that the keyboard would only appear INSIDE of the clash of clans game-window, and would not be a new "iOS language".
