Can’t tap login Supercell ID

I can’t tap login supercell ID on screen. And when I tap play without supercell ID then I’ve got banned account messages. I contacted support via email but they don’t respond. Now I still can’t log into the game. I delete and download game so many time. I checked network connecting is fine. I did update game application. I changed my Game Center email and Apple ID but still not working. I contacted Apple support but they suggest me to contact the developer directly. I don’t know what to do. Please help.
