    Lightbulb Concept of a new Defense (Sorry for the bad 3D)

    Hey guys, it's my first post, and I'm here to share an Idea and Concept of a new defense coming to the game, sorry if the 3D is bad, I've tried my best.



    Seismic Shaker would basically be a defense that it's range grows when it upgrade. It would create earthquakes that would deal units damage around its area (like the Crusher in Builder Base).



    It's area would have 3 other invisible areas that basically would define its damage to the troop. Being: Closer = More Damage; The further away = Less Damage.
    However, it will only start to attack when a unit reach it's "100% damage area"

    Assume air troops are not affected, but are Miners?

    Yep, Miners are affected by the Seismic Shaker

    What about the screen shake? Many people might have turned off the screen shake. So how are they going to know what is damaging their troops?
    (BTW nice artwork and concept)

    Eq and this defence are different. The attacker might have to use freeze spells if he/she feels the defences are overwhelming. If he/she doesn't know where the damage is coming from, how will he/she place the spells. The defender doesn't need to see which spell are being used.

    Like the Earthquake Spell, some cracks will start to appear in the floor, particles similar to earthquake spell will also appear, the same for the sound of the defense working

    I don't think the upgrade to increase range principle is a good idea, since it doesn't apply to any other defense in-game. Would be better if each upgrade increases damage and HP only.

    Later in the upgrades it has too much range. But it's a great concept though.

    Adapt, appreciate, and own up to what you have.
