Brown Chest

Just saw an unusual brown chest on a neighbor's farm (Level 82) near the front where our gift packages arrive. It looked like my idea of a tool chest. On the front were what looked like tools (perhaps a mine pick and a small shovel) crossed in an "X" shape. A triangle shape was on the lid. I went to another neighbor's to see if they had one too, but they didn't. When I returned to the Level 82 farm, the chest was gone. Unfortunately, I hadn't taken a screen shot. Has anyone else seen this mysterious chest, or am I playing too late at night?

You can order tools from the catalogue with gift cards from thank you notes. They come in what looks like a wooden crate instead of a mail parcel. Sounds like that's what you saw.

Oh, well I'll be! I've never ordered tools before and had never seen one. Had no idea. I'm sure you're right, but--darn--I thought maybe it was a hint that the next update would have a place for us to store mining tools or SEMs and BEMs. I was already drooling over all the extra barn space I'd have.

The tool boxes don't come up very often in the catalogue. I wish they did, I'd much rather get tools than more decorations.
but they are cheap, usually only 5 gift cards at a time.

Dont I feel silly! Actually I don't remember ever seeing tools offered in my gift catalogue. Strange. I'll be looking for them now though!

How many tools do you get in one of those? I've seen them offered but I don't think I ever bought one..

I believe 5 tools, might be 4, but i'm pretty sure it's 5. and they are on the last page under daily offer thing. the 25 ticket deco pack is like 6 days long and the tools is a single day long. so make sure to keep 5 tickets around to order one when it shows
