Who likes to zap DE?

I zapped one time and that is because I completely failed my raid. Other then that I do not personally load up on 5 lightning spells and go searching for DE.

No I don't. What I am saying is, that I don't limit myself to only that. If I see collectors I take it. But I also want to have the skills to get storages when I see those too. If you only zap de, you don't get the skills to get it in the numbers you need to get lvl20 or more heroes.

I mostly do collector raids with some storage raids (for gold not de) I don't zap de and I never will. Also I don't really need it at the moment. However zapping is a legitimate strategy that is fool proof so why wouldn't people utilize it? Just like how a higher th will pick on the lower ones b/c they get good loot

I am not telling anyone that they shouldn't do it, I am saying if you do zap, learn how to do it with troops as well. When you start upgrading heroes to higher levels, you won't be able to make enough from lightning to keep up. Even if you can, it would be very boring. I have nothing against it, I get zapped all the time. It doesn't bother me anymore than getting three starred for 300k in gold. I can make it back with a raid or two.

As I said before. I don't believe zapping de, or raiding mines and collectors, helps you develop any skills in this game. I think by doing these things you stunt your growth as a player. I can see how you can get enough de to get a bk at th7. But once your heroes get to levels where you need 200k de every week to keep them upgrading, you will fall behind. To me it is better to learn these skills early on, so you will be able to get it in bigger numbers later on in th9 and th10. Once you start doing it, you get limited in what you can do, and then that is all you know how to do.

Well, I don't know you and would never speculate on what your skill level is. My comment was not directed at any one person. Just a general statement not to limit yourself to a strategy that won't help you in the long haul.

Lamo is one of the best farmers I know and an all around nice guy. He isn't some chump, his information provides more weight on the matter than the other 42 pages combined. Keep up the good work bud.

Tell me, tell me, how much do you make a day with your oh so valued army and zap duo? When I DE farm, I do it at 2700 since noobs and the like cant find me to zap me. I make anywhere from 40-90,000 DE a day, and you all think 'Oh my god I made 800 DE with no effort in 24 hours I am so good.' Look at the bigger picture, and the fact you're referring to people as no-lifers, over a community based on a childrens game? Well played, shows you value your time very much.

IF YOU dont like to use this "cheap lightning" strategy, FINE!!!, sit there quietly, play your game, and let other people zap you... all the no brainers people here . Yes , you may say you get more de using expensive army raids(3200 DE), but THAT only happens in CRYSTAL!!! , wheres its not even profitable in terms of gold to farm... im talking about GOLD!!league
