Can’t save village in Legend league

When under attack, it’s an old layout...

Village is Ok when I look at it, it just doesn’t seem to save the layout when under attack.

There’s only one and the same layout for all three options in the editor.

Any ideas?

You can't "look at it". You can only ever see a thumbnail of the base in use for Legends. Which you see from the Dense button on the attack screen.

The Legends defence base is set using that "Defense" button from the attack screen - and takes effect from the start of the next Legends day.

If you modify the base (apart from upgrades in place), the changes will not go through, you need to re-specify the base from that screen. You can choose any of your layouts, not just the "Home Village" ones.
