    For hidden tesla, the upgrade curve used to be reasonable.
    When level 7 was highest, it was 2d 4d 6d 8d 10d 12d 14d.
    Then level 8 was added, and became 1d 3d 5d 7d 8d 10d 12d 14d.
    Then level 9 was added, and became 1d 3d 5d 6d 7d 8d 10d 12d 14d.

    When level 10 was added, it became 0.5d 2d 3.5d 4d 4.5d 5.5d 6.5d 8d 10d 14d.
    Still not bad, and I originally thought level 11 would be 14d and make level 10 12d.

    If we refer to TH 11 upgrade times as 10d, the upgrade times are pretty smooth.
    Once we get to the day times
    1,2,3,5,10,14,16,17,18D

    1 - 5 days is normal increment, poor 4. Then 10 is also a pretty rounded number. 14d is two weeks so that. 16-17d I would call the next step, and TH 14 is a 20d TH, with tesla being less priority, or maybe a Lvl 14 tesla in future at 20d

    You will probably see a huge reduction for level 10 (TH12) when TH15 is introduced, since the trend of upgrade time/cost reduction has always been applicable starting from max TH minus 4 levels.

    If you still didn't get it, the cost reduction is for lower TH level players to catch up. TH12 will soon reach the end game at TH14, 1.5-2 year worth of non-stop upgrading, which is just in time for TH15 to get introduced.

    Either you have an awesome memory or there might be some site where we can see previous upgrade times an dcost of buildings and troops before reduction with each th addition. If its the latter then can you please tell me where i can see this data.

    It's not about when the new level of Hidden Tesla is released. But more about when the new TH level is introduced. Regardless we get another Hidden Tesla level, usually the cost/upgrades of everything for Max TH minus 4 level are getting hugely reduced.

    It would be even more weird if it started at 18 days and ended at 2 hours.

    It totally made sense because the purpose is to help lower Townhall and new players to upgrade faster.

    I think what you're describing here is a straight line, rather than a smooth curve.

    At any rate, I'd expect most things in CoC to be shaped this way (the "S"-shaped curve). It happens as you transition through the mid-game towards the late levels. Before that, upgrade times need to be short, as you're encouraging players to speed through the early levels. The mid-levels are where you really start to learn how to play the game. And the late levels take much longer to prevent players from getting bored from being maxed out.

    (Note: sorry for the off-by-one error in the x-axis. I don't have time to fix it now, just mentally subtract one from each tick)
