Has the Daily Dirt front page ever been translated?

Today I noticed that the front page of the Daily Dirt actually has a legible article and while the language is foreign to me, I was wondering if it had any substance.

has anyone ever read or translated it?

It's hard to make out the letters, even enlarged they are blurry. I was able to make out two words ("alt annet") that I put into google translate to detect the language and it indicated it was Norwegian (translated to English as "everything else"). That's all I can tell you (or my eyeballs would be too strained to discern other words!)

We did translate the wording in the fishing book in a game Besta had here a while back and "something" to do with the DD, but I don't remember what exactly.

It’s beyond my ability to focus, but I am sure it is doable for someone. Somehow, it looks more Latin to me than Finnish, but I know neither.

Daily Dirt front page used to be different, I think. It got the current layout around the time where Chick Norris went to Vienna. I barely remember reading a tweet about this, and had no idea what it was about.

    Famous nonsense text.

WussyPuss, you’re right dear heart, it is Latin. Thank you, Meo for the first 2 famous words (my aging eyes can see it, but it’s very blurry). I recognized it immediately from the early days of word processing. LynnK2015 knows it, too. The link below has some great info.:

Latin and Finnish are nothing alike, Finnish has a whole different root, most of Europe has their roots in Germanic (Indoeuropean), Finnish is Ural, as are languages like Estonian and Hungarian. (I have not looked up translations so might remember English names of roots/languages incorrectly)
To me, despite being fairly close to Finland, it’s gibberish, whereas I understand Swedish and Norwegian just fine. And a bit of Russian too for that matter. Finnish? Nope, well, yksi kaksi kolme or something like that. (1 2 3). Fun to get the info about DD

I've always thought the front of the DD could be used as a news or announcement area.
