Again-They don't must take that risk.
I just posted what happen in which cases.
And nothing change if the clan loses at the fight, except one more loss in the clan war log.

One clan decide (no matter what they want) and the other one doesn't decide-NO.
    Both of them don't decide-NO.

I already said it several times: I also don't think that's a problem, but it gives the clans one more chance to win and get loot and clan XP.
The other clan gets draw reward.
The clans decide they want to do it in the end of the war.
You should simplify the number of scenarios. If you go by a checkbox:

Both clans check the box - tiebreaker decision.

Both clans donít check the box - war ends in a draw.

    Or even simpler:
    Both clans accepted-Yes.
    Other cases-No.

    Right, I understand now.

If this idea is implemented then it would be most fair if clans decide whether they want to have a tiebreaker shoot out or not when they search for war. If they make a decision after the war then surely the way the war went down will have an impact on the decision. Which might result in just a small amount of these shoot out battles of the total number of draws. Which then would lead to complains that no clan use it and it should be mandatory.

Draws are already extremely rare so one can debate whether or not they should even bother with such a feature.

One last thing to consider. Draws have a tendency to happen a bit more often when engineers clans meet up and clash each other. In those cases one could even argue itís all in the risk theyíre taken and they can easily prevent steps making draws less of an occurrence.

Thank you! ClashOfHolmes for an awesome sig!

    Nice idea. Maybe that's better.
