TH13 Giga Inferno takes 10,12,14,16 days to upgrade. And TH14 Giga Inferno takes 9,11,13,14 days. How you justify this time? Why you call it Giga Inferno in TH14, when there is another nice name in the video "Ultimate Inferno"?

No justification needed. It’s just the upgrade time decided by the devs.
It could be justified since the inferno has no stat increase. The only change in stats for each of those 5 lvls is only a boost to the poison death damage.

Giga inferno upgrade timer is less than th 13's timer , as a th 13 i dont have any problem with that infact i love this! Who doesnt want less upgrade timers on buildings :-)
Also i dont have any problem in calling it giga inferno either , th 14 is already have pretty complicated stuff.
When the update will be released?
No one can tell exact date of update but there are high chances of it dropping in between 12- 14 as today after 15-20 mins we will gwt to see last sneak peek of th 14 update and cwl will end for all clans tommorow also hammer jam is ending on 12 so there high chance that it might drop soon after that.
However the exact answer is only known by supercell and they dont tell it in advance usually ✌️
