Can buildings be destroyed? I mean on your end. Like if your barracks was destroyed, would you have to make another one and upgrade it?

Everything can be destroyed, It will stay destroyed until you log on. Then it will fix it's self and no you don't have to rebuild it

Same as above. They can get destroyed if you get attacked, but you don't have to rebuild a new one, and you can't get rid of builders either.
