yes. I saw a th10 with 450k of each available. It had maxxed xbows and 2 IT. I skipped it but I do generally find good loot anyway.

I fail to see what these people complain about. Just this morning (maybe 3 hours) I raided 2 mil gold... Then again, I'm TH8... I'm not affected much by the new loot system.

What is it with you and freeze spells? The freeze spell is available only to TH10s when they've upgraded there spell factory. Not everyone is TH10...
I never hear about a TH8 complaining about finding bad loot. I do hear that TH8's get wiped out by TH9's regularly.
