yep lol.. Although I can see the confusion.
TBF.. We war in Crystal 2, so 3 stars is usually a realistic target, since maxed 13s are very rare (of which I cant recall ever toppling an actual maxed 13.. 2 star plan is our usual approach to cwl)

Anyone with enough skill can three star any base of his/her townhall level, but still he/she can two star times as well, mistakes happen

That is true for lower Town Halls, but no so much at the top.

Most TH13s will only 2-star most decent TH13 designs, with triples being relatively rare.

    TH12 similar but more triples.

TH11 is getting to the point where you should be able to triple more often than not unless you make mistakes.

TH10 and below, yes you should usually expect to be able to triple equal opponents.

so would this person then be considered a 3 star specialist?

People who specialize in executing attacks with the aim of 3 stars- and they are darn good at it.

Goodbye forums, I know you tried your best, darian.

3* specialist is someone who can triple every base.

i would not recommend joining any clan that states “recruiting 3* specialist”

you may get kicked for 1* on a bad day or get 50+ criticism for 1 attack or even have to do voice chat on a war attack.

unless your into that level of intensity

Bc some people likes these competitive pressure

It also seems to me that 3* specialist is not the kind of person who can be lured into the clan with the condition "I also think that 3* specialist only". If you are an Ohio resident, https://cashloansnearby.com/ohio/parma/ can help you find payday loans and cash loans if you need money
And in general it looks like some kind of unjustified snobbery and the lack of the right to make a mistake ... I would not go to such a clan

I have a TH2 that is a 3-star specialist. Never failed to triple with it

Now, I guess I just sit back and wait for all the offers from the world championship qualifiers...

    A 3* specialist is...

    Ready for it...

    A PRO.

And most likely not joining a Rando clan. If you can 3* 90%+ of the time your Equal TH level, with multiple metas, you are probably close to a pro COC-er.
