Everybody (except owen) wants it back, but Supercell has ruled out because they are drunk or something. Nobody wants to see the player league in chat honestly

Level is meaningless, so I don't agree. No exp for walls, troop or hero upgrades, but exp for donations and clearing bushes. Plus, you have a lot of players out there now that pumped up their level by opening their clan up to donate to anyone that wanted troops. I know some individuals got their seasonal donations over 20k.I think we can all agree we want it back. But it's not happening
Levels show how developed the player is and how active he is. Badges just show how many trophies he has, which is completely useless.
Levels show how much the player has progressed through the game...in some cases it is not very accurate, but in most cases it is.
And trophies? Not really.

Um...well...what is the level badge? I have only been playing for 7 months and when I joined, I'm pretty sure there wasn't a level badge. Thanks
