It is "up there" amongst the history of glib answers to questions that have come from SuperCell. This is not a criticism, this is a silly phone game, and they can attempt silly humour in responding to what they consider unimportant questions.
I do think the request is silly.
If you want to know who is on, ask. Why would you want to know who is on but does not want to interact right now?
