    Maybe at the time it was designed, having one per attack was fine. Since then we've had max TH9, almost max TH10, new troops, you often need at least 3 spells per attack now.

    I'm not attacked much more but I see more raids with 4-5 heals with the hogs during the boost period. But after boost, they can't afford to spam heals as much so there are more raids with 2-3 heals compared to 4-5 heals.

    Sure there will be raids with 5 heals but the frequency of the 5 heals raid drop quite a fair bit after the boost.

    Just my observation so it might not be true for all

    Yall should be happy with 30mins and your occasional 1 gem spell boost.

    Back in those days spells weren't needed. Today it is impossible to beat any decent base without 4-5 spells

    Indeed. The game has changed a lot. Spells used to be a luxury item. Now they are essential for turning the tide on a battle with the type of defences we have now. I made a similar topic awhile back saying spell times were in need of adjustment, Steve said he would pass it on to the team. Nothing happened so don't hold your breath waiting for any changes...

    This is true but currently boosting only brings spell factory in line with a unbosted barracks.
    If they actually reduced spell time to ¼ and capped hero regen at 1 hour they would probably make more money.

    Currently there is no point ever boosting a barracks since you will still be waiting on spells, plus heroes cost a fortune for average players to wake up. However if the spells were reduced to ¼ and hero regn was capped at 1 hour. Then people could actually raid each hour and when they want to do a serious 4 hour raiding session they would spend more since it would be worth boosting your barracks as well as spell factory plus maybe a few hero wake ups. This would mean doing a decent raid every 15 mins so I know for me that is actually worth the money to boost currently there is no need to ever boost anything since I will still be waiting on something else.

    Yep a boosted spell factory functions only as a boost for regular barracks builds. If you boost the barracks as well you will never have enough spells. This pretty much confirms how out of sync the spell times are with the current game... if four times the speed seems about right then there is something really wrong with the regular spell cook times.

    This sould be a great update for everyone, but lately supercell is ruining the game so i really dont expect them to make a good decision and do that

    I agree. Bloobion isn't the same without spells.
