Hero and Base skins that weren’t released

I’m not asking to bring back old hero and base skins, I’m asking if we can get skins that weren’t put out with certain series, like the Primal Base Design and the champion primal skin, along with the clockwork champion skin. I’m fairly certain that the first base design put out was the clockwork design so primal was never released and I don’t think the champion existed at the time so she didn’t get a skin for either series but I’m trying to complete a series for each of my two bases and I’m lacking those three skins.
