No. The troops inside are normal CC troops and power portion don't works for them as well. That wouldn't be good in my opinion because most of the players have higher level troops in the cc and with power potion they will be decreased.Originally Posted by Bongbuddy
The Wizard and PEKKA that come out of the Siege Barracks - referring to the ones that come out before any donated troops do - are the same level as you can currently make yourself (or level 1 if you can’t make). They are not effected buy the power boost.
The troops coming out of the SB donated from clan mates, are of course what ever level donated from (plus perk levels if applicable).
