Gold Pass bug? Didn’t receive gold.

I have, among others, a lvl 2 TH13 that was looking forward to getting my maxed season banks. I received Elix and DE - those are over 27M and 400k respectively. But I still have 1.9M or so in gold. All banks were maxed. I played hard for that max bank.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I have 4 max accounts that were over in gold for the season, so I don’t build bank on those accounts. This account was definitely maxed and I definitely didn’t get the gold.

When you say your gold was overfilled do you mean the entire season? If so then you never collected gold for the season bank because you technically never collected gold when raiding.

Pretty hard to keep 5 builders busy at TH12/13 for the season and also have overflowing storages the entire season. Overflowing storages means that no loot will be accumulated in season bank. Season bank only get ressources that fit into your storages while raiding.

NO. I know how the game works. They were not overflowing. I had 5 builders busy all season when I didn’t leave one idle to upgrade walls. I upgraded from TH12 to 13 during the season. How could I also have overflowing storages all season?

I have 4 OTHER accounts with a overflowing storages and know the bank doesn’t accumulate on those accounts. I get the gold pass on those for the one gem donation capability and other perks.

How on God’s green Earth do you upgrade from TH12 to TH13 while keeping 5 builders busy, and also keep overflowing storages? I was upgrading and raiding loot all season like a mad man. I maxed my season banks halfway through the season. I got my 25M Elix and max DE.

The rewards are 25m gold/elixir and 250k dark for gold pass full season bank.

Woto - the reason I have more than the season bank is because I had loot in the storages already. Support has acknowledged that I maxed my bank - the problem is that it didn’t go into my storages. You seem to think I don’t understand how GP works.
