Temp bans are temporary. 31 days will pass and the account unlocks.
I would recommend just riding it out. If you push the ban, it could make things worse.
There is no Supercell Support here, only game users who will not be able to assist.
Be thankful that it was only 31 days and not permanent.
How would support know the difference between you giving wrong answers and anyone else giving wrong answers trying to recover your account? They can say it is their account just as easy as you can, there is no way of knowing who is lying and who is telling the truth.
Your mistake was guessing the answers you didn't know instead of saying you don't remember.
