Which kind of main base design for TH8? Or how to earn elixir or gold fast?

Seeing the current armies being used on TH8, I will suggest you to make a base which is anti-dragons (basically anti-zap dragons). For earning gold and elixir fast you can use farming strategies like barch and goblins. Although the best you can do is max out your army and upgrade to TH9.
