Game Center HELP !

Basically i made my clash of clans account a while ago with an old Game Center account, but i forgot my password and username for the old Game Center. I have been playing clash of clans on my device for a year now without any Game Center logged in. If a make a new Game Center account and log in on the same device as my clash of clans account will i lose my progress? I am now lvl 92 so i don't want anything to go wrong! I just want to use a new Game Center along side my old clash of clans account. Any help is appreciated.
