Hay Day won’t fix Farm Pass problem

Hay Day has taken my money and not given what I paid for. My Derby task expired and was revived by the Farm Pass. It recognised the task completion but won’t give my derby hood the points. They tried to fob me off with 10 diamonds and said how lucky I was and not to bother them any more about it. Meanwhile my hood dropped from 1st place to bugger all. Thanks Hay Day! Great resolution!

I'm in the same boat re Farm Pass. Apple sends me to developers, developers send me to Apple. Am going to see if I can get a refund from Apple. Is the pass worth it? $6.99CAD + 13% TAX .... LOL thanks

Have yet to see what the benefit it is in "reviving" a task. You still lose the pts/slot...

It's a known issue that they have refused to fix. They will give you ten diamonds to buy an extra task if you complain enough. But that doesn't help if you are a max point/max tasks team.
