If you mean all then most people will be ticked off cause I know how people felt when they had upgraded their th's to lvl 9 for 4 mill and then found out it was 3 mill because of the th lvl 10 so... Do all the people get a refund for what they have spent?

Wall prizes are fine. At least up to lvl9. I have 144 lvl9 walls at the moment and going strong. Those higher lvl walls are just long term projects. Because of the high cost, walls also distinguish between average players and the more hardcore players. If you want them, you have to work for them. Lvl10 and 11 can be farmed, but they seem to be more of an exclusive item for gemmers.

Very very expensive, i'd say. But if you don't want it don't upgrade it...
of corse, i want lv 9,10,11 walls to be cheaper but if supercell, don't want to reduce the price, fine for me!
but i think they will make lesser wall prices when TH 11(i think it is coming) comes out...
In my opinion walls prices are just fine the way they are, arguably levels 10-11 are too costly, but then again, walls are not meant to be cheap. If they were, you would see every base in the matchmaking que having near-maxed walls, which would make attacking a real pain. High level walls are a sign of a good farmer (or a heavy spender), and I believe it should remain so. Reducing wall prices, or changing them to costing elixir or 50/50% gold/elixir, would be bad for the game (see above) and highly unfair to players who have spent hundreds of hours or hundreds of dollars/euros/etc. to get their walls to a decent level.
It would also completely devalue walls, since they would lose their current grandeour as signs of good farming capabilities or big wallets - which in the end come down to pretty much the same. Time = money, at least in part IRL, but most certainly in CoC.
TL;DR: Don't change wall prices. They're fine.
edit: I should add, this idea has been brought up countless times before, with the general consensus being close to what I've jotted down above.
Aren't we special with originality with this post aren't we.
Walls are supposed to take time and effort to max out and their worth the reward that they bring with it.If the walls were reduced then everyone would have high level walls and many would be ♥♥♥♥♥♥ off at that when raiding so they'd quit.
