My farm was ♥♥♥♥ed.. How to log out my account on another device?

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday my farm was ♥♥♥♥ed, I think by someone using an old phone I sold that still contains my hay day login data. Even after changing my facebook password, I can still see them playing in my farm, such as feeding the animals, harvesting the fruits, collecting products and even finishing the missions... And they sell all the expensive items in my barn and rare items...

My farm is logged in with game center but now I have HTC One...

I don't need their help because I am level 50... I want to kick them out from playing my farm on the phone I sold... I buy a lot of diamonds, I am a paying customer of hay day and hope to get support from supercell

I hope that Supercell can help you, but I am not sure that you can play your old farm on an other platform. As I understood you played on iOS and now you play on adroid phone, saved datas for those devices are usually different type.
You probably didn't earse all datas on your old phone and set it back on manufactor settings which is highly recommended before selling phone, so what those folks did is done and couldn't be fixed but at least (maybe) there is hope that they can be blocked.

How I understand it, the farm used to and still is connected to both GC and facebook so that is why ngolebaoyen can access the farm on his new Android device while they can stll access it via GC and the iPhone.

What I would try is ask a friend or colleague with an IOS device if you could use it for a minute, of course explaining your problem and that no harm will be done to their device. Then go to GC on that device and log in with your data and change the password. Afterwards the friend or colleague can log in with his data again.

Those people who have your iPhone should soon be prompted to enter the right password which of course they don't know now.

Just an idea, not even sure if it would work, but maybe try that.

Remember...the people who bought your phone can't load their own farm because you didn't erase yours. They may not even realise you can still access it.

Because you did not do a factory reset on your old phone before selling it, your game is still attached to that device. Is there anyway of contacting the new owner and explaining? That is your best bet at a resolution.
If not, then try contacting support through your game settings, although I don't know if there is much they can do.

I didnt forget to reset factory, but still have mistake with my backup data. It's on my SD card.
I tried to go to GC on IOs device and log in with my data and change the password but it doesnt work.
Now I have to sell all my stuff with cheap price and remove all the decorations after 1 and a half year. Say goodbye to Hay Day.
So sad!

First you did a factory reset so come he/she was able to download hd and access your GC account without your password?

Second why not go to itunes with your current password and remove the HD app? this will remove from any device the account is sync, also erase your game process from any GC account it is used.

Third and finally so the persons has your GC account sync on the device, and does it have the acc on the itunes? why no try ios remote wipe?

I used to play Hayday on my Ipad 1 year agao and lock it with my GC account.
I started to play Hayday 2 months ago on my Galaxy S4 and loading my old farm with facebook. Then I sold my S4 for strange guy and I did reset factory on my phone. But unfortunately, I still have my Backup file with Hayday on it. And I'm playing now with HTC One.
So tried to remove all the applications from any device the account is sync and changed my GC password but it doesnt work.
