Recruit new member bug

There's no one showing in the recruit new member ... How can i fix this? I just started a new clan and i cant invite someone because the recruit new member isn't working...

When a new clan is created, it then is about a 24 hour wait until it is propagated into the recruitment tool. You can invite those on your Friends List, but must wait out before recruitment from the general public. Not a bug.
