Trick To Skip O.T.T.O Bot In support

I recently came back to play clashofclans but i couldn't access my game account because i have closed google account and i have been trying to contact support in game but i couldn't even skip the OTTO Bot And cant reach the support. Is there any trick to skip OTTO Bot.

Wouldn’t working with the automated support response be easier than trying to skip it? My brother recovered his account in about 15 minutes using it.
