I first noticed this several months ago but thought it was a one-time glitch. It has however happened many times since, including yesterday and now today.
Entering the game after having been away overnight, the boat is not at the dock, nor approaching the dock. Rather the pier tells me that the boat has (insert time here) left to arrive. Perhaps this is related to the lazy bees syndrome (lazy boats? 🚢 ). For clarity, the boat is never 4 hours away (so a guess that the last boat left as I opened the game would be wrong). Further, I had sent a full boat away prior to closing the game down (so a guess that a boat left at the pier had sailed off during the night would also not pertain - and unless something has changed that is not how the boat works).
Anyway, I’m hoping that this can be fixed, or at least explained since it is never outside the realm of possibility that I am simply confused or uninformed.🤷
