Vanishing Troops

Troop that donated doesent reach clan castle..but it is lost from the donator.And doesent received by the requested person.Also his request is gone.But clan castle is empty..

It will eventually arrive. When this has happened to me, I have sometimes re-requested, then had the initial request arrive after using the troops from the 2nd request.

The most common causes of this seem to be poor internet/WiFi on the donating device, or logging off immediately after donating.
