There's no limit to how many you can do, but there is a limit of how many you get counted towards your reward book.

^ no limit, unless you're referring to those farms that pull off 5 million helps in one day during the global event. Quite sure i can't click my tablet 5 million times in one day. (But that's not a hayday limitation.)
