The problem is that many players from Iran, Iraq, Turkey join the clan.The clan is located in Russia.I think the problem cannot be attributed to the fact that the clan is open and has a high level.

In the world of Clash of clans, there are many players from China, USA and other countries.Then why are so many players from Iran and Iraq joining the clan?

I hope that information about the problem will reach the developers and will not remain at the level of discussions.

There is no "problem".

If your clan is open, then anybody can join. If you clan is open, then there cannot be any "problem" regarding who joins.

If it is a closed clan, then the only people who can join are those who are invited by other members of your clan.

So it is down to somebody already in your clan.

When in the clan access by invitation no one accepts players from Iran and Iraq. Please answer the question. Why is a clan located in Russia included in the recommendations for players from Iran and Iraq?

Because they might be looking for Russian clan. Why though? That's upon them. Nothing is preventing them from looking up for Russian clan if they want to. It's their choice

Only players from Iran and Iraq come to the clan located in Russia. It doesn't matter whether the clan is open or the entrance to the clan is by invitation. Players from other countries as if it doesn't exist.

Maybe someone posted your clan on a web site these players view? Maybe they saw a recruitment thread somewhere? Maybe one of your players knows them? Maybe the name of your clan is popular with them? Maybe the fact that you have a high level clan that is open is attractive to them? Maybe you faced them in a prior war or CWL round? Maybe they are more accepting of clans that don't speak their language?

How should we know why they want to join your clan? There's nothing in the game that prevents people from other countries or who speak other languages from requesting to join your clan.

How can this be explained?

No. Nobody sees any problems. If you have a high level, open, clan expect people to join. Even people from (gasp!) other countries. My clan is English speaking. When we are open we get many players who join and can’t speak English. Once they see we can’t understand them they either leave in their own or they get kicked out. This is a game played worldwide by many millions of people. Expect some of them to be from a country other than yours.
