Years?!? Solution is very simple. Create a new Apple ID on your device using a new email address. Now you can download CoC and start from 0. You can easily switch between Apple IDs.

You need to factory reset your phone, add the new game center ID (Not the original one), install game with new ID and then you can put your old GC ID back on phone.
