Specific permissions in clans; similar to discord’s

Idea is instead of promoting someone to co or elder, you have these permissions to toggle on and off.

“Promote to...” is replaced with “rank...”
The permissions are the same: ^ to elder or co, v from elder and co, invite, send mail, wars, possibly one to toggle if the person can swear or not, etc.

You could also just make it simpler by allowing modification to the co and elder ranks.

Why would u want to do this? This just makes things more complicated. There is no need to toggle permissions off and on, if a person is fit to have a role then they should, if they aren't then they shouldn't.

A promotion should come with all that particalur authority instead of some or most of it.

Don't promote them if you don't want them to have the powers of that position.

Given the now no spy setting for CWL, I think we need something, to allow new members we trust to be not spy’s view the CWL without giving them elder and then the ability to kick.
Also, a promote to elder, even if purely on the understanding it’s revoked after CWL, could cause some players to be not happy that a new guy gets elder.
Could even be that members first joining get the rank of new member (which in part does happen as they have the new flag anyway), and they get auto promotion to member, just as they do now with the new tag clearing automatically, but also, leaders could promote early a player to member which would allow viewing?
