Blossom Derby posting tasks which can’t be done by all players

We are two farms (level 158 and level 60) participating in the Blossom Derby. We get a task we both can do it. Good, we complete the task. Then we have to wait 30 minutes for the next task. We have to produce yogourt smoothies, but the level 60 farm can’t make yogourt smoothies.(level required 64) So we have to trash the task and wait another 30 minutes. Then we get a task to make 30 hot chocolates, we make the hot chocolates. Then wait 30 minutes for the next task. We have to make tacos, the level 60 farm can’t make tacos. (level 77 required). Now, we have to trash that task and wait another 30 minutes for the next task. Between each task, which both farms can do, there a task that cannot be completed by the level 60 farm. Why???

Why would SC put blossom tasks that cannot be completed by all farms participating IN the blossom derby. It happened last Blossom Derby as well. I figured it was a glitch that SC would fix, for the next Blossom Derby. I was wrong, they didn’t fix it.

Our neighborhood has a disadvantage in this derby, because we have to trash tasks that cannot be completed by both farms.

It's similar in many neighbourhoods; blossom tasks will become available that some players can't do.

One way to speed up the process is by practising staggered trashing. When you are have completed a blossom task, trash it. After 30 - 40 seconds have elapsed trash another task from the board. Another 30 - 40 seconds trash another task, and so on until you have cleared the board.

Be careful to be looking at the task board when the first new task will arrive; it will be a Blossom task. If it doesn't suit your hood, trash it straight away. In 30 - 40 seconds the next task will arrive; it will again be a Blossom task. Continue trashing each task that pops up until you find one you like. They will all be Blossom tasks provided you have trashed the previous one.

Working that way will save a lot of time.

    I hope this helps.

Really!!!! Thanks I will try this after we complete the next task. I would have never thought of doing staggered trashing of tasks.

I would think the reason blossom tasks appear like that is so people can't take advantage of a game mechanic.

Imagine your hood has 3 derby players all level 100+. Then a member creates a baby farm that's level 35 (minimum derby level iirc) and puts the baby farm in derby. That would scale the blossom tasks back to things a level 35 farm could do, which would obviously be easier tasks. Cowslips already suggested the best fix for this.
