Town “helps” aren’t being counted during global help event

During the current global help event, I’ve done several helps in other people’s towns, and they never show up on the counter—even after I go back “home.” It’s going to be much harder to reach the global goal when town helps aren’t being counted. (I wrote in-game support about this and told them that I have screenshots that show the problem.)

This event is for trees and bushes only, unlike the usual help events.

The event is specifically for helping trees and bushes; other helps such as town and truck will not count towards it.
