This is GREAT! i really, really like it. One thing though, i think the cooldown for blocking people should be way less, if not nonexistent. I mean, in global you can block everyone without a cooldown. It should be the same thing here.

anyways, thanks for the suggestion! Though the thing that has concerned me with that is that it can be abused, of course there might be situations were a lot of people are bothering you and you need to block them all, but I didnt want people to get blocked for no reason just because someone was being a jerk

Pretty interesting suggestion though, I might just think this over and I might at least lower the cool down of it
