What is? There is nothing else to do besides collect and upgrade
Attack other players with your troops to steal their resources? Do that a few times more?
Perhaps change the design a bit? It seems a bit vulnerable right now, and there's several bases for TH6 that you can find lying around. You can use mine, if you like.
Since you don't have much time to raid, how about upgrading your collectors? That way, you can get some easy resources, and with a base that better protects your loot, you'll be advancing in no time.
You are forgetting; raiding, clans, friends, etc. So, you obviously dont know how to play the game.

You can invest either time or money to advance. If you've been playing over a year and are level 38, you simply don't spend a lot of time on this game. Don't be surprised that people who spend hours a day, but never a penny, are much further ahead than you.
@Mendax - You were kicked for being rude, arrogant and obnoxious and for having a ♥♥♥♥ base.
Plenty of people spend hours a day attacking other players for loot or trophies or both.

Clear your mind, free yourself.
If you really want to progress, I suggest you raid other people with your army, as well as playing at least (AT LEAST) 30 mins per day. Don't expect to get very far if all you are doing is collecting your mines and pumps twice a day and raiding maybe once. Being active allows you to constantly raid, and therefore, constantly get resources for upgrades.
