Ban expiring date glitch

I was banned falsely for 31 days I have tried to get my account back but failed today is my 8th day of the ban yet when I open the game they say banned for 31 days. Shouldn't it be counting down or my account will be back after the 31 days?🤷

Not a glitch because it simply is not a countdown clock. It is simply informing you of an action taken. Wait out the 31 days.
