New clan perk needed after clan level 10.
The Dev team has some plans for higher level clans and it may be added in December update.

If I recall correctly, SC stated that any perks beyond Level 10 will most likely be cosmetic, as they don't intend to create a huge gap between the new and mature clans.

But clan perks make the game more enjoyable.
Was surprised to see the small amount of clan perks this game has despite having 13 base levels and 50 member clans.
