All blueprints in the valley shop on my farm are now unavailable to buy. They are not sold out, just become unavailable. What’s happened? I have 13 blueprints. Is there limitation for owning the blueprint?

Yes. Limit is 15. Almost always 2 blueprints guaranteed for each derby.
