Just tried little math and what i found
Free path
First XP - 10% of your level's XP required.
Second Xp - 10% of your level's XP required.
Third Xp - 40% of your level's xp required.
Paid path
First XP - 30% of your level's XP required.
Second XP - 60% of your level's XP required.
These XP only keep first 2 digit of such calculation and round all other numbers to 0. For example at my Level 305 I require 2964,000 XP to reach next level. so I am getting
Free path
First XP - 10% of 2964,000 = 296,400 (290,000)
Second Xp - 10% of 2964,000 = 296,400 (290,000)
Third Xp - 40% of 2964,000 = 1185,600 (1100,000)
Paid path
First XP - 30% of 2964,000 = 889,200 (880,000)
Second XP - 60% of 2964,000 = 1778,400 (1700,000)
The numbers in brackets are the XP I am getting in farm pass. on free path you get total 60% and on paid path you get Total 90%. Total 150% so 1.5 level up.
