Can i break max Level walls with Level 8 Super Wall Breaker?
Th 11 almost max with level 50/50/20 heroes.

As long as the SWB reaches the wall, yes. That applies to all levels of SWB's.

Lvl 8 SWB has damage of 10000 but lvl14 has hp of 11500 if I'm not wrong

It has damage if it reaches the wall of 10,000 PLUS 4,000. If it gets destroyed just before reaching the wall (but within its blast radius), then it will only do the 10,000.

From the linked wiki article:
"...Its Mega Bomb ability guarantees that its bomb goes off regardless of whether it hits its target or not. The damage dealt by the ability is just high enough to destroy any relative level walls in one hit, and sufficient to destroy any wall in one hit if the Super Wall Breaker reaches a wall and manages to do its normal damage..."
SWB has 2 ‘stages’ of damage.
Total damage output for a lv 8 SWB is 14000. This does require the SWB to not get shot down before he can explode himself, as the death damage + his normal exploding damage is needed to reach that 14000 output.

Even a level 7 SWB will get the job done, just; its cumulative damage is 11,640.
