Clean Sweep of Worthless Clans

I think SC should make it impossible going forward to have multiple clans with the exact same name but they shouldn't delete any clans that were able to do it previously. There will still be copycats with similar names but if they pay the gold to start a clan you should be able to do whatever they want with it (including being the only member and being inactive).

you dont need to go that far in removing clans, just need to sort similar clan names by activity.

exactly. This is what needs to be done. It's not a huge issue, but I guess it can bother a lot of people. But this action is quite more reasonable and appropriate.

I don't care if I played only once a year, you have absolutely no right to tell me that my solo clan needs to be removed just because your having clan search difficulty.

Remake your clan with the exact same name and join again. It's a suggestion to make things better for the majority of players, while still allowing you and your group to remain happy and small at the cost of 40k coins. I'm sorry you feel that 40k coins is too exorbitant of a sum for you to scrape together, but I still am just trying to represent the best interests of the majority. Don't be so hostile. If we as a society always represented the best interests of the majority, we would still have slavery. It is not right to simply trample on others because you represent the majority.

Instead of removing these clans, there should be an option to filter search results by most trophies or most members imo. That would fix the problem too.
