Hay Day Optional Update Available Fall 2020!

STATUS: We are online! NOTE: The update is currently rolling out worldwide ( Apple App Store, Google Play and Samsung Galaxy Store. Amazon Appstore will follow shortly), so please be patient if you can't update yet!

We have an optional update (version 1.48.149) rolling out to all players which will fix a bunch of reported and reproduced issues! We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience the issues have caused, but we hope the optional update will make the experience aMOOzing! Here's what the optional update will fix:

* Animal Hats not removable
* Crash issues
* Some UI issues
* Diamond Pack purchase issues
+ other minor reported issues

We'd love to hear your feedback, so don't hesitate to comment in this thread or on our social media pages!

Hmmm.. sounds like something is up on your device as it is a pretty new device as far as I know. Try to force quit all apps running in the background, reboot your device and try again!

They do unless you remove the hats. Tap on the animal pen, drag the accessory icon to it, then tap on the empty pole, and then on the animal to remove them!

Sorry Nick, I didn't word that correctly. What I meant was- can all of the animals we have receive hats (one each), or is there a set amount of hats available...?

EDIT: disregard this message. It seems all of them can get a hat.
