My game has been black screen since yesterday I've tried clearing data/cache/reinstalling/restarting but nothing worked
Ive got the same problem on my Samsung S9 and tried the same methods to fix it
Ive got it loading using cellular network but it crashes out if I connect to my wifi for some reason?
Try some common steps like:
- turn off/on device
- clear cache
- clear ram
- turn off background apps
- check your internet (switch between wifi/mobil)
- check clash for update
- check device for update
- very last option the factory reset
Warmania here, having same problem on both my Android device and iPhone ??? Have uninstalled from both and reinstalled. My android device tells me app is crashing. Select app and program goes to black screen, on my iPhone get notifications that my village is under attack. Today Friday have NOT been able to play since Tuesday. Did all common step on Android device except factory reset. Appears to be a Wifi problem, turned off Wifi and turned on Cellular game loads while in middle of game turned off cellular and Wifi ON communications fan comes on and get a Connection failure then game locks up.
