I can collect diamonds on my phone (iOS) but not on iPad (iOS).

It says to press here to claim you diamond gift when neighborhood friends complete farm pass....however it just keeps saying processing gift please wait. We'll it's been about 8 hours now and I have 6 diamonds that are not processing. A bug that needs fixed please. I just tried to get them now that the trial run has completed...so far it's still not working.
