Farm trial pass not working

I played all the game and reached the goal but even then im not getting the free pass. When i try to click the free pass nothing happens. It is really irritating since all my hood members are able to get it. Is anyone else facing this and how to get the free trial pass? Can someone shed some light on this?

Mine keeps crashing when I click on the chicks house. It worked the first time but not now!

It kicks me out of the game

I took one task but can't activate another. I assume you just tap on the task like I did for the first one. Tap it and nothing happens. Anyone else have this problem.

I can't collect the gifts from members. It will say "Processing Gift Claim".

I got the above message for my Main Farm. But I was able to collect 4 diamonds from my Baby Farm.

I'm not sure what you mean by "not getting the free pass". Do you mean claiming the pass perks or purchase the "free" pass?

Here's how I did :
- purchase pass (free during trial season) : select a truck order, tap on the chick icon with the word "Get farm pass", a screen will appear inviting to get "free farm pass". Tap on that button. A floating feedback message should appear. Sometimes, it doesn't. However, when you select a truck order, it should show the chick with a green tick now and there is no more lock icon on the pass perks (party hat and other icons)

- claim pass perks (upper line) : after you purchased the farm pass, these icon will be available to you (no more lock icon). Tap on it to claim like you did with the free perks. Enjoy!

Thanks for the instructions but they're not working for me. When I tap on the "Get Farm Pass! FREE" Nothing happens other than the button jiggles. No floating message, no green tick.

Same exact nonaction when I tap the "Get Pass Exclusive" on the upper farm road of the hat, which still shows a lock. Yet it's bouncing for me to tap it. When I do, I see the "Get Farm Pass! FREE" button, which also jiggles but nothing more. All of the other prize icons, except the reputation and permit, do the same. The reputation and permit tell me to get the farm pass to get the reward.

Not sure if this is related in some way to getting the pass or not: I just filled 3 truck orders on 3 separate farms. The first two turned blue with my farm name on it instead of the usual green after I filled it. The 3rd turned the usual green. Anyone have any ideas what it means when you fill a truck order and it turns blue instead of green?
