War Frequency: at least twice per week, often more.

Types of members: farming, waring, pretty much everyone.

How to move up in leadership: get elder when you show that you can and will attack in wars. Co-leader is given if you have shown leadership in the clan.

Things that may get you kicked: Not attacking in a war you signed up for or attacking without a full army and losing because of that.
