How did you come up with the figure of a 15% price reduction? Some troops did have their daily cost reduced by just under 3%, and some went up by over 16%. If you combine the costs of all the troops, say if you were going to train each one in succession, the over all cost would increase by 3.96%.

First off thanks for doing and showing the math.

But ultimately it's a negligible change overall. Of course depending which ones you use regularly, it could either be benefitting you a bit or hurting you a bit more. Ultimately the flexibility it provides more than makes up for any loss incurred imo.

I think overall it will save a lot more DE for someone who uses Supers primarily for regular war, with a 72 hour window, you can use the selected troop for 2 wars, and not need to pay for the 4th day, needing to retrain it on the 5th day before next set of attacks, saving one days worth of training costs.

The biggest impact will be for those who like to farm with sneaky goblins, it will add an extra 8k+ de a week to take advantage of increased benifits, not a huge chunk of de, few extra raids a week needed to offset the added costs.

The sneaky gob increase is a bit annoying for my 12. I keep them activated for my 13 cc fills. I actually need de on the 12. Not a huge difference though and I will definitely enjoy the flexibility on my 13.

Wow! Multiple fresh updates to a relatively new addition to the game that align and add a ton of variety to attacking options sounds amazing. Can somebody on the Clash of Clans creative side please give the Royale folks a pep talk and breathe life into that game for me too? I know it's asking a lot, but 2020 has been a LONG year. No worries though, I'll still love the CoC team for killing it again. You guys rock!

Should be the same as the current cool down which is 0 days.

Currently we can boost a troop for 7 days and once thatís done we can reboost the same troop. Only things changing are the cost (flat 25k de for all), days (3 instead of 7), and number (2 instead of 1) as far as the boosted troops go from what I can tell.
